Toronto personal injury lawyer Michael Salehi is the Founder and Principal of Salehi Law Professional Corporation. After completing his studies and graduating with a law degree, Michael worked for a few years for a large personal injury law firm where he perfected his skills as a litigator. He has devoted his time to personal injury law and works diligently to provide the best service to his clients. His main area of practice is focused on motor-vehicle accidents and slip/trip and fall incidents. Throughout his practice Michael has been passionate about helping injured victims and their families overcome their struggles. He is known to be extremely detail oriented and works exceptionally hard to maximize his clients’ claims. He also has a reputation for being very accessible to his clients. David graduated from McGill University’s Faculty of Law with his LL.B and B.C.L. degrees in 1997, and was admitted to the Law Society of Upper Canada in 1999. David has spent almost his entire career at Howie, Sacks & Henry, first as an associate, and as a partner since 2004.
David’s practice is devoted to personal injury litigation, and he has tried many cases both in The Superior Court of Justice and before The Financial Services Commission of Ontario. David is a member of the Ontario Bar Association, the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association, the Toronto Lawyers Association and the Advocates’ Society. He is a regular speaker at conferences sponsored by these organizations, has been a guest lecturer at Osgoode Hall Law School, and is an occasional contributor on CFRB 1010.
